For someone who has been slim all his life, I never thought I’d actually gain enough weight that would make me think twice about prancing around the beach this summer in nothing but board shorts. I used to be into sports. I was in the wrestling team in high school and was a former linebacker in college. However, right after my 5th year in the law firm I work, I began to realize how much poundage I have put on after I landed my first job.
